We have calculated nutritional information on all of our menu items. This information is available on our menu page.

Our decorator Stephanie Jacobi, is the very talented lady who is in charge of all of the artifacts that you see in our buildings. Some of the items you see on the walls are one-of-a-kind and can't be purchased.

We have homekitchen versions of the recipes for our Buttermilk Spice Muffins, Corn Chowder, Mimis Bread Pudding, Whiskey Sauce, and French Market Onion Soup available on our website. These recipes were specially developed by our chef to help our guests prepare some of their favorite Mimis Cafe items at home in small batches, with home equipment.

We do not publish any other recipes. We never publish our restaurant recipes because they are valuable proprietary information.
