What are the uniform/grooming guidelines for Associates and Managers at the Café?
A: Mimi’s has adopted conservative grooming guidelines for Associates and Managers at the Café level to ensure we provide our Guests with a great first impression. Additionally, there are specific hygiene and uniform standards for each position that must be followed.

What is the process after I submit my resume?
A: Café Management / Corporate Positions:
After submitting your resume, it will be kept active until the position is closed. Your resume will be reviewed by a Mimi’s Recruitment Manager. You may be contacted directly to discuss your qualifications if your experience meets the expectations of the position.
Since the timeframe for the hiring process is unique to each position, you may follow up on the status of the position by checking back on our employment page. If the position is still listed, then it is still open; if not, then the position has been filled or closed.
